A letter from someone using our service
Life Links were honoured to receive a touching letter from someone who used our services. They were so happy with the support they received, they said we could share it with you! Here’s what they had to say:
I would like to thank all at Richmond for the excellent support I have received in the last three months.
In particular, I would like thank my keyworker for the excellent support and making a huge difference to my outlook. I have found them to be very professional, caring, supporting, knowledgable, and always time to listen. In short they are an asset to your organisation, and all their clients. Without them I would not have improved so quickly. Please could you pass this on to them and to the highest level within your organisation.
Your organisation is fantastic and I would be pleased to promote and help in any way I can.
My GP also speaks very highly of you, and my brother who is a police officer said he often informs people to call you to see if you can help.
So thank you to all, and a special thank you to my keyworker, who I think has a fantastic attitude and future. They are a credit to themselves and your organisation.
