Leicester City Council’s Black Workers Support Group and Time to Change Leicester Champions (supported by Unison, Unite and GMB) are putting on a series of online events to celebrate Black History Month, taking place on the 27^th and 29^th October. There are a wide range of events to dial into, including but not limited to panel discussions on mental health in the Black community, creative workshops by Opal 22, and showings of several documentaries on Leicester’s Black history. Events will be held on MS Teams and Zoom.
