The first half of this workshop will comprise of a presentation exploring the relationship between mental health and nature. We will discuss the many benefits that being in nature has on our mental wellbeing and why nature is so important for us. After this, we’ll be going on a Mindfulness walk together!

The facilitators will be virtually walking with you, explaining how to walk ‘mindfully’ along the way, so that you can really absorb the benefits of nature. It doesn’t matter where you are, any location will work! We hope you can join us.
