What a Week!
Mental Health Awareness Week 2020 was held between 18th and 24th of May and we were thrilled that so many members of the community were able to celebrate it with us. We hosted a variety of activities that focussed on this year’s theme of ‘Kindness’.
For instance, our team delivered workshops across the city and county, our peer support groups discussed the topic, and our team had their own focus group. With so much activity going on, we’ve decided to dedicate blog posts to each activity, so take a browse below. Whilst you’re here, you could also watch the Mental Health Foundation’s video on the topic. Just click ‘play’.
Thank you to everyone who took part and made the world a little bit kinder!
