The Polish Recovery Workshops Group had been initially the Polish Women’s well-being group. The meetings occurred twice a week in the morning or evening as we wanted to give everybody an opportunity to attend. We discussed various topics some more related to women well-being and the others which can affect everyone such as stress or communication. Generally, we received very good feedback but people asked about more workshops-like character of the meetings.
The suggestions of our members are extremely important to us thus, after lockdown Women Wellbeing group has been replaced by Polish Recovery Workshops Group and the group became open for everyone. Due to current pandemic situations workshops are performed online every last Thursday of the month. The topic of the new series is building self-esteem and tis is divided into ten workshops.
The first workshop was held In September and members enjoyed their participation. Everyone was involved in activities and discussion. The atmosphere was friendly and welcome. Members expanded their knowledge about self-esteem, could reflect on their own self-esteem and get ready to improve it. They can’t wait for the next workshop and I am so happy that I can accompany them in this important journey toward better well-being.
